Blair Stover is a leading tax attorney skilled in the representation of businesses and corporations in cases before the Internal Revenue Service and state and local tax authorities. Mr. Stover is a member of the American Bar Association and the Missouri Bar Association.

Valkyrie Land Investments had gained approval to develop a 304-lot subdivision south of Platte City, Missouri. The subdivision, called “Hills of Oakmont” will be located along Running Horse Road, just south of NW 136th street. It will also feature nearly 10 acres of open land and tree space, giving the subdivision plenty of green areas in accordance with Platte County regulations.
The Hills of Oakmont will feature single-family homes and will be comparable to the Oak Creek, Timber Park and Timber Park Meadows subdivisions in the area. There are plans to build a recreational trail along Running Horse Road which will be 100% funded by Valkyrie Land Investments. This trail will be developed as a part of the Platte County Northland Trails Plan, which calls for the development of trails across Platte County for use by pedestrians, bicyclists, and equestrians for both commuting and recreation.
